If I had to serve in any military during wartime, I’d like to hope that treatment of criminals would be thru due process. But on the other hand other countries have different ways of dealing. Considering the affect on the photographer, Mrs. Lop, & Chief Nguyen, there clearly weren’t any winners. I’m abounded in sadness for all who endured this time of war
